SharonOwner-Broker, Sharon Brand
Sharon (Broker/Owner) is a local North Park specialist and has been assisting buyers and sellers for 30 years. Originally from Chicago, Sharon moved to San Diego after graduating from Southern Illinois University and made North Park her home. Sharon has lovingly restored 2 designated historic Craftsman homes and several vintage homes. Sharon is known for her honest straight-forward approach and superb negotiator skills. Sharon is an 11 year breast cancer survivor and loves to live each day to its fullest. She has been married to her college sweetheart for 32 years and is mom to 2 children, 3 fur babies and 1 African grey parrot.

Margaux (Agent) was born and raised in North Park and doesn’t plan on leaving anytime soon. She is a graduate of UC Davis (Go Ags!) and earned degrees in environmental science and communication. Margaux enjoys working with buyers and sellers and is the point of contact for our rental properties. She is a First Time Buyer Specialist, Public Notary and is currently studying for her broker's exam.
Gary (Associate Broker) is from Iowa and moved to San Diego in 1982. He has been a broker for over 10 years and decided to join Sharon at Park Realty after being her client for several years. Gary is adept at finding great deals throughout San Diego. He currently lives in Point Loma and is co raising the cutest twin girls.
Terry (Agent) was also a client before he joined the Park Realty team. Terry is highly skilled at remodeling homes and splits his time between Bankers Hill and Palm Springs. He has over 8 years of experience in buying and selling real estate!
